What does "round one" mean — am I committing to anything by applying?
Round one is our founding cohort — the first providers, dispensaries, brands, and partners onboarded before public launch. Applying is not a commitment. If accepted and you choose to move forward, you'll receive founding partner benefits unavailable to later rounds — advantages built to give early partners a lasting edge in their market. You'll review full terms before signing anything.
What does it cost to apply or join round one?
Applying is free. There's no cost to apply and no cost to join the platform as a founding partner if you're accepted.
When does SanoPrime launch?
SanoPrime launches in phases. Round one onboarding begins ahead of public launch which is set for summer 2026, followed by state-by-state rollout as licensing and integrations come online. Accepted applicants get the launch timeline relevant to their role and market during onboarding.
What states will SanoPrime operate in?
SanoPrime operates in U.S. states where cannabis is state-legal — medical and adult-use. The certification flow runs in medical-program states; the dispensary marketplace runs wherever cannabis is legally sold. Round one focuses on a small group of launch states, expanding state-by-state as licensing, integrations, and partner readiness allow. Accepted applicants will know whether their state is in the round one window during onboarding.
How is my data protected?
SanoPrime is built HIPAA-compliant from the ground up. Patient health information is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based and audit-logged, and Business Associate Agreements govern every vendor that touches protected data. Non-PHI business data — applications, partner accounts, marketplace activity — is protected with the same standard of care.
When will I hear back after applying?
We review every application personally. You'll hear back within one to two weeks, sometimes sooner. If we need more information to evaluate fit, we'll reach out directly.
How do payments work?
Patients pay dispensaries directly at pickup, on the dispensary's own point-of-sale system. SanoPrime does not process patient-to-dispensary transactions and is not a merchant of record for retail orders.
