What does "round one" mean — am I committing to anything by applying?
Round one is our early-access cohort — the first providers and partners onboarded before public launch. Applying is not a commitment. You'll review full terms before signing anything.
What does early access cost?
Applying is free. There's no cost to apply and no cost to join the platform as an early-access member if you're accepted.
When does SanoPrime launch?
SanoPrime launches in phases. Round one onboarding begins ahead of public launch which is set for summer 2026, followed by state-by-state rollout as licensing and integrations come online. Accepted applicants get the launch timeline relevant to their role and market during onboarding.
How is my data protected?
SanoPrime is built to HIPAA standards from the ground up. Patient health information is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based and audit-logged, and Business Associate Agreements govern every vendor that touches protected data. Non-PHI business data — applications and partner accounts — is protected with the same standard of care.
When will I hear back after applying?
We review every application personally. You'll hear back within one to two weeks, sometimes sooner. If we need more information to evaluate fit, we'll reach out directly.
