Privacy notice
What we collect
When you apply to join cohort one, we collect the information you submit through our form: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), state, role (patient, provider, dispensary, brand, budtender, or technology partner), and any optional details you share — including business name, company name, product category, integration interest, title, license credentials, POS system, website, current dispensary, years of experience, and the optional bio field. We may also automatically receive your IP address and browser type when you submit the form, used only for spam prevention and analytics.
Why we collect it
We collect this information to (1) notify you when SanoPrime opens to your audience, (2) communicate with you about your cohort one application, and (3) improve our pre-launch outreach. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
We share your information with our email service provider, Resend, which stores your contact details so we can email you. Resend acts as our service provider and processes data on our behalf only. We do not share your information with any other third parties unless required by law.
How long we keep it
We retain your information until SanoPrime publicly launches, plus a reasonable period afterward for transition and onboarding. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us through the inquiry form on our homepage at sanoprime.com.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under privacy laws like the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), or other state and country regulations. These can include the right to know what we have, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of certain uses. This pre-launch page uses essential cookies and local storage only to make the form work. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
HIPAA note
SanoPrime’s clinical platform, when launched, will be subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and protect patient health information accordingly. This pre-launch waitlist page does not collect protected health information and is not subject to HIPAA.
